Final Project ;(

1. For your final project, your directions were to choose one of three portrait styles, (mark-making, low-poly, or glitch) and digitally “weave” it with the original photo. What style did you choose and why?

2. I chose the low-poly because it was our first major project and I loved making it the first time, so why not end the way I began?

3. What tools did you primarily use for this project?

4. I primarily used the polygonal lasso tool and set an action to make the lowly, and used the eraser tool and a black gradient to make the weave effect.

5. What were some of the challenges you faced during this project?

6. I had a hard time figuring out how to make the weave look realistic.

7. In some cases, weaving two portraits together can be challenging because major details, like facial features, can become confusing or even lost in the process. Was this a challenge for you? Do you think you were successful with your weave technique? Why?

8. It was challenge for me, but making the real picture black and white helped ease the confusion. I believe that i was successful in creating the weave effect because it looks like the two photos were weaved together, which was the goal of this project.
